3sgame Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or placing a bet on 3sgame (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms govern your use of the 3sgame website, mobile interface, and all associated services available to players in Pakistan.

These Terms apply alongside the 3sgame Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the full agreement between you and 3sgame. Where these Terms conflict with any other document on the Platform, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated in writing.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use 3sgame. Continued use of the Platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To open and maintain a 3sgame account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 3sgame strictly prohibits underage gambling.
• You must be physically located in Pakistan at the time of placing each bet.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and trusts may not hold 3sgame player accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a 3sgame employee in a role related to platform operations, odds-setting, or payments.
• You must not be under any self-exclusion arrangement — whether self-imposed through 3sgame's tools or imposed by 3sgame's risk team — at the time of registration or account use.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3sgame reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and, where applicable, return of the original deposit balance only.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one 3sgame account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. 3sgame uses technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all balances across all accounts will be forfeited and all accounts will be permanently closed.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your 3sgame account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must keep this information up to date. 3sgame is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain current account details.

3.3 Account Security

Your 3sgame password is your responsibility. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. 3sgame support staff will never ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 3sgame immediately at support@3sgame.biz and change your password without delay.

3.4 Account Ownership

A 3sgame account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or gift your account or any balance within it to another person. Bets must be placed by the registered account holder only.

4. Deposits & Payments

3sgame accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following local payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. No currency conversion is applied — you deposit in PKR and your account balance is held in PKR.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit on 3sgame is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit applied by 3sgame, however individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits which are outside 3sgame's control.

4.2 Deposit Ownership

You confirm that all funds deposited to your 3sgame account are from a source you own and have legitimate control over. 3sgame does not accept third-party deposits. If funds are received from a payment method not registered to the account holder, the deposit will be returned and the account will be reviewed.

4.3 Deposit Failures

Where a deposit is initiated but does not appear in your 3sgame wallet, you should wait up to 30 minutes before contacting support. Most delays are resolved by the payment provider within this window. 3sgame is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems.

5. Withdrawals

3sgame processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Where this is not technically possible, 3sgame will work with the player to identify a verified alternative method registered to the same account holder.

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum single withdrawal on 3sgame is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

5.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to two working hours during normal banking hours. Card withdrawals may take one to three working days depending on the issuing bank. VIP Platinum and Diamond members receive priority processing with faster median completion times.

5.3 Verification Before Withdrawal

3sgame may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or where the account balance has increased significantly in a short period. Required documents may include a copy of your Pakistani CNIC and a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the withdrawal method. 3sgame will aim to complete the verification review within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation.

5.4 Wagering of Deposits

Deposits made without claiming a bonus may be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification requirements. Deposits made alongside a bonus offer are subject to the bonus-specific wagering requirements described in Section 9 before withdrawal is permitted.

6. General Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on 3sgame regardless of sport or market type.

6.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is not accepted until you receive an on-screen confirmation message from 3sgame. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. If the odds change between when you open the bet slip and when you confirm, 3sgame will notify you of the price change and give you the option to accept the new price or cancel the bet.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum single stake on 3sgame is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, market type, and event and are displayed on the relevant bet slip at the time of placement. 3sgame reserves the right to apply lower maximum limits to individual accounts where warranted by the account's betting history.

6.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

3sgame reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to an obvious error in the published odds — including, but not limited to, prices that are evidently the result of a data feed error, a software malfunction, or a human inputting error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned in full. 3sgame will always communicate voiding decisions with a clear explanation.

6.4 Bet Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the player except through the Cash Out feature where available. Requests to cancel confirmed bets outside of the Cash Out mechanism will not be accepted.

6.5 Market Suspension

3sgame may suspend any betting market at any time without prior notice. This typically occurs during in-play events such as wicket falls in cricket, goals in football, VAR reviews, injuries, or data feed interruptions. Bets placed and confirmed before a suspension remain valid.

7. In-Play Betting Rules

In-play (live) betting on 3sgame allows you to place bets during a match or event while it is in progress. The following additional rules apply to all in-play bets.

7.1 Acceptance of In-Play Bets

3sgame reserves the right to refuse any in-play bet without giving a reason. In-play odds update continuously and 3sgame may decline to accept a bet if the odds have moved significantly between your initiating the bet and 3sgame receiving the instruction. A declined in-play bet will result in no stake being deducted.

7.2 Delay Between Play and Acceptance

There is an inherent delay between events occurring in a live match and those events being reflected in 3sgame's in-play odds. You must not exploit this delay to place bets with knowledge of outcomes that have already occurred but not yet been priced. Accounts found to have systematically exploited in-play data delays will be restricted or closed.

7.3 Cash Out on In-Play Bets

The Cash Out feature is available on selected in-play markets. The Cash Out value reflects the current market position of your bet and may be higher or lower than your original stake. Full and Partial Cash Out are available where offered. 3sgame may suspend the Cash Out option at any time during live events.

8. Bet Settlement

3sgame settles bets based on official results from the relevant governing body — the ICC or PCB for cricket, FIFA or UEFA for football, and the equivalent authority for other sports. Settlement occurs automatically following confirmation of the official result.

8.1 Abandoned or Postponed Matches

If a cricket match is abandoned without a result being declared and does not resume within 24 hours, all match-winner bets will be voided and stakes returned. For football, if a match is abandoned before 90 minutes of play have been completed and no official result is subsequently given, match-result bets will be voided. Markets that have already completed their tracking period (for example, first-half goals where the first half was completed) will be settled on the completed data.

8.2 Settlement Errors

Where a bet has been settled incorrectly due to an error, 3sgame reserves the right to correct the settlement at any time, including after winnings have been paid. If a correction results in an amount being owed to 3sgame, the relevant sum may be deducted from your account balance. 3sgame will notify you of any correction and the reason for it.

8.3 DLS Method in Cricket

For cricket matches affected by weather where the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method is applied, 3sgame settles match-winner bets on the official DLS result. Total runs and player performance markets in rain-affected matches are settled per 3sgame's individual market rules, accessible from each market's information tab.

9. Bonuses & Promotions

3sgame offers various promotional bonuses to registered players. Each promotion has its own specific terms published at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all 3sgame bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

9.1 Eligibility

Bonus offers are available to eligible accounts only. 3sgame determines eligibility based on account status, previous bonus history, deposit amounts, and other factors at its discretion. 3sgame may withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time before it is claimed.

9.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement on 3sgame sports bonuses is 1x (one times) the bonus amount on qualifying markets at minimum odds of 1.50. Specific promotions may carry different requirements, which will be clearly stated in the promotion's own terms. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which any unmet bonus balance will expire.

9.3 Qualifying Markets

Bets placed on markets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward bonus wagering requirements. Bets voided, cashed out in full before settlement, or refunded do not contribute. Accumulator bets count toward wagering at the full combined odds provided each individual leg is at 1.20 or above.

9.4 Bonus Abuse

3sgame employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and placing opposing bets to neutralise risk while meeting wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, 3sgame will void the bonus, deduct any winnings generated from the bonus, and may permanently restrict the account.

10. VIP Club Terms

The 3sgame VIP Club operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier progress is based on total wagering volume over rolling 30-day periods. Each tier unlocks specific benefits including weekly PKR cashback, enhanced odds offers, personalised promotions, and dedicated support.

10.1 Cashback

VIP cashback is credited to your account as real PKR with a 1x wagering requirement on any qualifying market at odds of 1.30 or above. Cashback must be wagered within 7 days of being credited. Unused cashback after this period expires.

10.2 Tier Maintenance

VIP tier status is maintained by sustaining the qualifying wagering volume within each rolling 30-day assessment window. A player who falls below the threshold for their current tier will be moved to the appropriate lower tier at the next monthly assessment. Benefits associated with the previous tier cease upon downgrade.

10.3 VIP Account Managers

Platinum and Diamond members receive access to a personal account manager. Communication with account managers is via WhatsApp and email during agreed contact hours. Account managers are 3sgame employees and are bound by the same confidentiality and conduct standards as the rest of the team.

11. Responsible Gaming

3sgame is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost and without requiring contact with our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from account settings. Limit reductions apply immediately. Increases take 7 days to activate.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Choose to be alerted at 30, 60, or 120-minute intervals during active sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period your account is inaccessible and you will receive no promotional communications.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude your account for a defined minimum period or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the minimum period has expired, and any request to reactivate earlier will be declined.

3sgame staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and may contact players who exhibit concerning patterns. Such contact is made with discretion and care, not judgment.

12. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3sgame and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or using multiple accounts.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Using 3sgame for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful financial activity.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or data feed delays to gain an unfair advantage.
• Systematically using two or more accounts or working with other players to guarantee profits through arbitrage strategies using bonus funds.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players or with any person who has inside knowledge of an event's outcome.
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate charges through your payment provider (chargebacks) rather than resolving the matter through 3sgame support.
• Sharing an account with any other person, including a family member.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

3sgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any breach of these Terms has occurred, that fraudulent activity is taking place, or that continuing to provide services to the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity.

13.1 Funds on Closure

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance that cannot be demonstrably linked to prohibited conduct may be returned to the account holder's verified payment method. Balances generated through or associated with prohibited conduct will be forfeited.

13.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily should contact 3sgame support at support@3sgame.biz. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method before closure is completed. Voluntary closures can be reversed within 30 days unless the player has also enrolled in self-exclusion.

14. Privacy & Data

3sgame collects and processes player data as described in the 3sgame Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy. Key principles: 3sgame collects only data necessary for operating your account and maintaining regulatory compliance. We do not sell player data to third parties. We use payment data only for processing transactions and verifying account ownership.

You have the right to request a copy of the data 3sgame holds about you, and to request correction of inaccurate data, by contacting support@3sgame.biz. Requests will be processed within 15 working days.

15. Amendments to These Terms

3sgame may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — 3sgame will notify registered players by email and/or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

For minor updates such as clarifications, corrections, or formatting changes, 3sgame will update the version number and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with a change to these Terms before it takes effect, you may close your account and withdraw your balance without penalty. Contact support@3sgame.biz to do so.
